Customers can initiate a return within 7 calendar days of delivery for items that remain unopened, unused, with intact tamper seals and all original factory accessories. In the rare event of a dead-on-arrival (DOA) or defective unit, a rapid replacement or authorized repair is immediately arranged under standard warranty guidelines.

Refunds are credited directly to the original payment source (bank account, credit/debit card, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days following the physical receipt, serial inspection, and formal approval of the returned unit at our quality hub.
