All commercial hardware orders placed with OMBASE LIMITED are subject to written acceptance via an official Proforma Invoice or Purchase Order (PO) Confirmation issued by our sales desk (`sales@ombase.in`). Quotations issued by OMBASE remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise.
Prices quoted on formal B2B proposals exclude applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 18%) unless explicitly stated as inclusive. All hardware dispatches originate from our Pune manufacturing hub under FOB (Free On Board) or CIF destination terms as agreed in the procurement contract.
Standard commercial orders (IPBook AI laptops, IPCentre desktops) are fulfilled within ten (10) to fourteen (14) business days. Custom enterprise server clusters (AARIV 4U 8-GPU nodes) requiring specialized liquid cold-plate configuration or custom BIOS injection carry a standard lead time of twenty-one (21) business days.
All enterprise hardware products supplied by OMBASE LIMITED are covered by a 3-Year On-Site SLA Warranty. Any unit diagnosed as Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery will be replaced immediately with a new advance hardware unit upon verification by our technical support team (`support@ombase.in`).
No hardware returns will be accepted without an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking number issued by OMBASE customer service. Custom built-to-order enterprise server configurations are non-cancellable once assembly SMT lines have been initiated.
